Common questions
How do I sign in?
Tap Sign in with Steam and sign in on Steam's own page — Perfect never sees your password. While Perfect is in testing it's invite-only; if Steam says you're signed in but Perfect says you aren't invited, ask the person who invited you to check your Steam profile link.
It says my library is private
Steam only shares your games and achievements when your profile's Game details are Public. Open Steam → your profile → Edit Profile → Privacy Settings, set My profile and Game details to Public, and Perfect picks it up within a few minutes.
Why doesn't a friend show up?
Steam's Game details privacy setting defaults to Friends Only, and Perfect can't read those. A friend has to set Game details to Public in their Steam privacy settings before their achievements can appear.
What does "missable: unknown" mean?
No published roadmap has been found for that game yet, so Perfect can't say whether any achievements can be missed. It checks PowerPyx's guide list every night and shows when it last looked. It never guesses.
Where do roadmaps come from?
From published guides, matched to each game by its title or by its achievement names. Each one links to its source.
How often does it update?
While you're playing, about every minute; while you're online on Steam, every 15 minutes; when you open the app, straight away; and everything once a night. If your Steam status is Invisible, Steam reports you as offline, so unlocks arrive when you open the app or overnight.
How do I choose which notifications I get?
Profile → Settings (the gear). Unlock alerts can be off, rare only (under 10% of players) or all, and perfect games and newly added achievements each have their own switch.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete my account and data. Everything Perfect stored for you is removed from the server straight away. Your Steam account isn't touched.
Can I use it on a computer?
Yes: the web app signs in with Steam the same way and shows the same account — your library, every game's achievements, your tracked achievements and your friends' standings. Notifications, the Live Activity and widgets are the iPhone and iPad app's.
How do I get an invite?
While Perfect is in testing, email support@messingersystems.com with your Steam profile link.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit or Customize, then add Perfect: the summary of your current game and what to finish next, or Tracked achievements, each with a button to take it off the list.
